The Challenge
To create a truly unique website for a truly unique property. The property itself consists of 86 luxurious bedrooms on a country estate that prides itself on its organic produce. It was important to distinguish between the warm country-style accommodation and the food village while also highlighting the sublime setting as a prime wedding venue.

Our Approach
We first try to understand our clients and its customer’s needs with the aim to improve how people view their business online. In order to fulfil their goals, we need to gauge expectations and find out exactly what they are trying to achieve. We use questionnaires to gather basic information and find out what criteria is most important to their business. We work with the client to establishing design criteria and draw up a site plan based on our own experience. It is also important to layout the client responsibilities as far as deliverables, so as not to impact on the timescale and the final delivery date.

“We are continually increasing the number of bookings through our own website and mobile”
- Valerie O’Tool, Deputy General Manager.

Reception
Buying a website used to be like buying a product. Now it’s an ongoing sophisticated service which is proactive throughout the year. We have improved our customer retention and satisfaction and reduced the amount of commission we are paying. I personally recommend Bookassist to my peers at any opportunity as I am confident of their ability to deliver real value to their clients.
