The Challenge
This is neither a city hotel with the advantages of a central location or simply a motorway hotel sitting on the outskirts of the city. It somehow sits in-between as a luxury 4-star hotel with easy access to the airport and the city. It was important to highlight great hospitality and the facilities for all social occasions namely conferences and weddings.

Our Approach
We first try to understand our clients and its customer’s needs with the aim to improve how people view their business online. In order to fulfil their goals, we need to gauge expectations and find out exactly what they are trying to achieve. We use questionnaires to gather basic information and find out what criteria is most important to their business. We work with the client to establishing design criteria and draw up a site plan based on our own experience. It is also important to layout the client responsibilities as far as deliverables, so as not to impact on the timescale and the final delivery date.
